All items are shipped tracked and insured via USPS.
If you need your item shipped with another method (ex. FedEx, UPS) you must hit the CONTACT button at the top of this page and ask me first.
All items are well packaged and secured in a box.
You will receive tracking information via e-mail once your order ships.
Handling time is currently 2-4 weeks.
Most items are MADE TO ORDER and cannot ship immediately.
Randomly, I do have backstock and inventory, and in these cases an item will ship immediately. Often the same day!
But if you would like something faster than the alloted four week handling time, you must again hit that CONTACT button at the top of this page and ask first.
In some cases, if I do not have backstock or inventory it is impossible for me to expedite the process (for example, some items are hand-dyed, raw foam, which means they take a week or more just to dry).
